[ANN] VideoLAN Client 0.4.0

Looks like some code added late in the 0.4.0 release fouled up the 
colour in (at least) the BeOS video out.  It is as if the blue has been 
washed out.  

Also the subtitles do not respect the pitch and margin values causing 
them to be skewed on the output.
