Before every release a call is made on the vlc-devel at videolan.org 
maillinglist towards translators.
a package for them to download is posted and they can update their 
translation.
Since there is no hungarian translation at all now, i've build a 
package for you so you can get a head start on the 0.6.3 call for 
translations.
