I wanted to say :
* added OpenDialog::OnDiscDeviceChange
* modified OpenDialog::OnDiscPanelChange, so as cd audio is no
  more manipulated as dvd (thanks to the default CD Audio device in
  preferences)

I hope this is clearer.
