[vlc-devel] GUI Eject routine duplication

The GtkDiscEject of gtk_callbacks.c from the GTK GUI is about the same
as Eject in ncurses.c - and I'd imagine if wxwindows had an Eject in
the File menu it would be duplicated too. 

Not sure where to put the routine and what to call it. There is an
intf_Eject routine already.
