[vlc-devel] new german translation

Hello,
I've made a new german translation, which contains less bugs and more 
translated strings. It is not already finished, but it will be during 
the next days.
How do I commit the po-file? I don't have a cvs-account because I'm new 
to the vlc-development. Do I get one or should I send it to somebody in 
this list?

I know that someone is already working on the german translation, but 
it hasn't changed since the last month so I decided to translate it by 
myself.
My po-file is based upon the commit from Sam today (1/29/03).
