[vlc-devel] Program Stream with MPEG-4 VES will spawn MPEG-2 decoder?

Hello VLC developers,


I am working with MPEG-2 Program Streams that contain:
- one MPEG-4 Video Elementary Stream
- one MPEG-1 Layer III Audio Elementary Stream

However, the VLC demuxer starts a MPEG-2 video decoder thread
for the video stream.

Can someone point me to the location in the source where this
decision is made? I would like to force it to MPEG-4 for my
specific application.
