[vlc-devel] Update to vlc for Red Hat

I have recompiled every plugin that seems to be working with VLC into a 
new Red Hat RPM. (vlc-0.6.0-2.i386.rpm)  There's a very hackish 
workaround I did to get the mozilla plugin to function, so if anyone has 
any problems with it, let me know.

PS I need the new version uploaded to the page as soon as it's convenient.
