[vlc-devel] Patch: GSM decoder

For those interested,

I'm not commiting this, since it's not working at all, but it's the  
first decoder module I have ever written and I'm glad I got as far as I  
did. I'm done for now, I need to focus on some other stuff.

- configure with --enable-libgsm and --with-libgsm-tree
- you can download libgsm here

- examples can be found on  
ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/samples/A-codecs/msgsm/
- A-codecs/MSN and A-codecs/GSM should work with this decoder as well.
- the demuxers probably need to be patched or something, because PTS  
errors are everywhere.
