LDFlags_osdtext is set using freetype-config --libs. If -lm is missing it is
a bug in freetype-config.

Yes, someone is interrested. I whould also like to know if there are some
good libraries for this awailable.

This is not the proper fix as far as I can see, but it is better than the
way it's currently done, so the patch should be commitable. But I think you
should use p_this->p_vlc, and not p_libvlc. I'm not able to commit this
right now, so someone else will have to do it.
