[vlc-devel] VLC and RTCP

Hello ...

Does VLC implement the RTCP portion of RTP?  Some initial grepping around, looking for things 
like "RTCP", "SDES" and "CNAME" result in nothing that indicates that it does, though i've only 
started looking.  If it does, can someone tell me where it's handled?  If it doesn't, are there plans to 
add it?  We're concerned about sync issues with multiple VLC instances (on different machines) and 
the server VLC.  We want them to stay within sync as much as possible i.e. any drift should not be 
noticeable aurally or visually.
