Windows Version 0.7.0 test

Stream output (transcoding) doesn't seem to work with video - only audio 
is transcoded/broadcasted. Tested both HTTP, MMSH, UDP/Multicast

Even as play locally is chained as output too, this no longer displays 
video on transcoding/broadcasting/streaming. If streaming is disabled, 
all works fine
