Ok, I used the svn version and it worked!!!!!

I would like to personally thank everyone who helped me and put up with 
this whole ordeal, especially thedj, bigben, titer.

One thing though, I think the cvs version should be looked at because I 
boostrapped it and reboostrapped it several times and no luck.
