I tested on a Windows 2000 SP3 machine, and when I do "vlc
udp:@138.195.12.2 at 239.255.2.1", I have the message "failed to join IP
multicast group", which is a regular behavior, as Windows 2000 doesn't
support IGMPv3.

Did somebody else do some tests with VLC and IGMPv3 ?
