I see the problem now: in Dags repository something happened with
libFLAC. Of the rpms you mention above I have the following installed:

[spindler at acryl spindler]$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.4
flac-1.1.0-4.0.rh9.dag
[spindler at acryl spindler]$ rpm -q libdvdnav
libdvdnav-0.1.10-2.0.rh9.dag
[spindler at acryl spindler]$ rpm -q libfame
libfame-0.9.1-1.0.rh9.dag
[spindler at acryl spindler]$ rpm -q mozilla
mozilla-1.6-0.rh90.dag
[spindler at acryl spindler]$ rpm -q mozilla-nss
mozilla-nss-1.6-0.rh90.dag

When I use Dags repository I get the same libFLAC error but for vlc.
When I remove Dags repository I get no errors. Probably you can d/l the
above rpms from Dags webpage, install manually and try again.
