[vlc-devel] svn access

Hello, 
I am behind a firewall/proxy and am unable to access the svn
repositories. I wanted to get the x264 libraries, and svn seems to be
the only way.  Does anyone know how I might me able to access the svn
repository from behind a firewall or proxy?

Also can anyone tell me which ports are being used by svn? So that I
could try accessing it using a proxy tunneling software like desproxy,
or something like that.
