I have :-)

Building the "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" libraries is easy; just 
follow the instructions at <http://www.live.com/liveMedia/>

Note that - to get the most up-to-date support for H.264/RTP streams 
- you will need to build a recent CVS version of the VLC code with a 
recent version of the LIVE.COM code.
