	What is one segment decoding?
This is used primarily in digital terrestrial broadcasting for
mobile devices,
particulary live video streaming. Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting
divides one air wave into 13 segments. It uses 4 of the segments for normal
image braodcasting, 12 segments for high vision broadcating, and only one
segment for mobile terminals. Thus the term one segment broadcasting.
