[vlc-devel] libebml / libmatroska

Hi,

For you information, we have released new versions of libebml and 
libmatroska yesterday. The libs include all the latest spec additions. 
They are also necessary to compile newer mkvtoolnix. And finally (and 
most important here), they are needed by my latest patches to mkv.cpp...
