Hi Simos,
thanks for your interest in translating VLC to Greek.

Please download your po-file (you don't need the pot-one) here:

po/el.po?rev=9774>. You can use the next nightly build to test it. You  
can find the nightly builds here: <http://vthr.via.ecp.fr/~videolan/>.  
I recommend you to use poEdit for editing the file, which generates a  
"el.mo" automatically. Rename it to "vlc.mo" and copy it to  
"locale/el/LC_MESSAGES" in your VLC directory to test your  
localisation.
