[vlc-devel] Salutaions from Romania

[Circo Radu]

  Hy I'm Radu a programmer from Romania. I've seen you player ( using
it currently). It is a good project. It has no localization file for
Romania and I'de like to help ( I'm a GNU fan:)).
  I am responding to the documentation posted on the site ( regarding
"VideoLAN internationalization"). I'd like to help.
