The po file for Romanian is available here :

You can use poedit (from http://poedit.sourceforge.net ) to edit it.

( Note : As we are planning a 0.8.3 release before the end of july, you
might want to send the begining of your translation (you can email it to
me) before the 15th so we can include it. )
