[vlc-devel] greeting... Win32 on Win9x

Dunno about more general things, but for CD (CD-DA and VCD) reading
you probably want to use libcdio. I think it works on Win32/9x. The
non-libcdio CD handling I think reliease on DeviceIoControl which I
don't believe is available there.
