You could start the translation by copying this file and renaming it
zh_CN.po . I don't know if its a really good idea to start another
chinese translation since mantaining a whole translation is really a
lot of work. I suggest that you contact the zh_TW mantainer Frank Chao
<frank0624 - at - gmail -.- com>.

Concerning the translation process, i suggest that you use poEdit (
http://poedit.sf.net ).
