[vlc-devel] Trying to fix wrong bitrate settings in ASF streams

Hi!
There is an experimental patch, trying to setup a real stream bitrate at
correct value. It works for streams with video less than 512Kbit/s and one
channel audio. (When it has a stereo track, it shows the audio bitrate
twice - not fixed yet).
