[vlc-devel] Translation to Latvian

Hallo!

I would like to work on VLC media player translation to Latvian. How I 
see in stats list there is no project of translation in latvian so we 
need to make it. I want to do it because i use VLC on my Win32 machine 
an add to my frends because VLC rules, all codecs is included and it 
works easyer as Winmediaplayer. So i would like to make another step 
forward for VLC  - translate it to my national language.
