Hello Aleksandrs,

thanks for your interest in VLC. We would be glad to include your  
translation.

We're currently changing and adding some strings for the next  
version, so it wouldn't make much sense to start a translation now.  
Once the next beta version VLC 0.8.4-test2 is out, the strings are  
frozen and I'll write you a mail with a file containing all strings  
and more information how to edit it. This should happen within the  
next few days.
