Hi,

  OK, no problem to revert the commit, but all this needs to be cleaned
somehow:

  SAP announcements for #standard have c= line filled with value of --ttl.
  SAP announcements for #rtp are filled with value of --sout-rtp-ttl (=0)!
  
  All SAP announcements are sent with TTL equal the value of --ttl when the
SAP handeler was started. As it lives until VLC exits, changes in --ttl are
not propagated to the SAP handler anymore.

GUIs only have options to set --ttl.
