[vlc-devel] VLC as streaming server

Hi VLC Gurus,

I was reading on the videolan.org and I found that most of the VLS 
functionality has been migrated to VLC. Now, VLC can be used as 
streaming server. Could you please point me to docs on how to setup VLC 
as a streaming server and what are the minimum libs/codecs required to 
make VLC a streaming server?
