[vlc-devel] Possible patch for extras/contrib gettext libintl.h

The attached is to get rid of the naggy warning messages related to
__APPLE_CC__ when compiling VLC using the extras/contrib gettext set.  Do a
test to make sure it's a defined item before testing the version of it.

It's a patch that would need to get applied against
gettext/gettext-runtime/intl/libintl.h

Perhaps it could be put in the current gettext-win32.patch, though the way I
generated it should be OK to use for all OS'.
