[vlc-devel] How to streaming JPEG input?

Hi,
    I have a web-camera which uses Zoran's chip.
I can use [1] to grab JPEG by V4L-1 interface.
Can I use VLC to streaming it?
If yes, how can I do?

[1] seems to not support MJPEG ioctl() commands,
Where can I get detail MJPEG ioctl() descriptions that
I can modify [1].
Or, should I add new module to identify JPEG image input?
And which exist ouput codec should I use?
