I want to translate VLC to Hebrew.

i promise you that there is no need to "mirror" the program to righ-to-left,
because it is so so important that VLC will be in hebrew, and the israelies
won't even notice that it should be right-to-left.

just send me the file, and i'll translate it *asap*.!
