You can file the translation file on
http://people.videolan.org/~videolan/xtophe/he.po.

If you are on Linux or windows i would advise poEdit to do the work (
www.poedit.org ).

Plese make sure you use UTF-8.

Any questions ask here or on IRC: #videolan channel on irc.freenode.net.
When you have done a bit, you can put the file somewhere online or send
it to me personally ( no attached files on the vlc-devel mailing list
please).
