I'm still seing 2 issues on win32 with the default skin:

- video is flickering/disappearing while resizing: it seems that there 
is clash during redrawing the vout background and the vout itself, a 
possible fix would be to clip out the vout area when video is embedded 
and playing during a redraw event
- toggling from embedded to external vout works, but the opposite does not
