FixPES is only done in case of an mpga audio track. After discussing  
it with Meeuh.

17:41 < Meuuh> means the aminet is disturbed by the audio
17:41 < Meuuh> probably locks its clock on the audio

Meeuh also says he is reasonably sure the FixPES function is correct,  
so that the mpga PES decoder in the amino's is probably broken.
if you use --sout-ts-alignment it might work i guess.
