[vlc-devel] VLC how to calculate PCR ??

   PCR_base(i)=((system_clock_frequency x t(i) ) DIV 300 ) % 2 33

   how to get the system_clock_frequency  ?? the system_clock_frequency  define in the ISO 13818-1 and must meet the following constraints:

   27000000-810 <=system_clock_frequency <=27000000+810
