[vlc-devel] Snapshot missing its header file in the trunk?

I'm current trunk, 18165.
Doing a full build, all is well until processing snapshot.c, which errors
out with:
snapshot.c:46:22: snapshot.h: No such file or directory

Could someone please commit the header back to trunk?  If it is there, just
misplaced, update snapshot.c to point to the correct location?
