[vlc-devel] Video Filters are not available and some other things

Hi,

In the last trunk (and in the nightly build for windows) filters are not
available (not found in vfilters2), however vfilters2 (like 'wave') are
available ...

For Cygwin compile ... Damien Fouilleul have right: just compile
with -std=gnu99 (and replace in 'configure.ac' AC_PROG_CC_C99 by
AC_PROG_CC). Could you make a new 'configure.ac' to fix it ?

I join two patchs like I talk in a previous mail (without any answer ...)
