Hello:

I was using VLC (for Win32) to try to play some files that are located in
directories that are labeled with Unicode non-English characters, and it
seems that VLC cannot access such directories. VLC would display "??"
instead of "你好" and have an error message saying "Cannot open
C:\??\movie.mpg". Please enable VLC to be able to access directories with
non-English label names (Unicode support) and please also enable VLC to open
media files that might be labled in Unicode formatting, if it doesn't have
that capability yet

Thanks
