udplite resp rtplite with the same syntax as udp resp rtp for both 
access and access output. Supports unicast/multicast and IPv4/IPv6.

Unfortuntaly, using SAP with an UDP-Lite stream output will spawn a 
normal UDP item in the receivers and fail; I could not find any RFC/I-D 
to specify UDP-Lite in the SDP so far. Hints appreciated!
