There is some confusion here. VLC does only RTCP reception on the client
side, with the use of Live555 library.
The file you refering to is an unfinished RTCP server side
implementation. Which isn't called from the clientside RTCP reception at
Mallikharjuna Reddy (NAVT) wrote:
