[vlc-devel] New Win32 Contrib to test

Hello, 

Well, this night, I have redone a contrib package:
http://people.videolan.org/~jb/contrib-20070220-win32-bin-gcc-3.4.5-only.tar.bz2

Please test it before we official it (if it works).

There is needed to test the ffmpeg alignment problems and warning, since
mingw32 has not gcc-4.1.
