<br/> tags are respected, so we use a routine in subsdec.c,
CreateHtmlSubtitle() to process most of the generic subtitle formats, eg
srt etc. to turn all \n's to <br/> tags. USF subtitles don't go through
this function as they should already be in the right format, hence any
\n's in them are treated as ' ', and multiple ' 's are shortened to 1 '
', as is appropriate for html.
