[vlc-devel] Any way to turn off all the Dirac documentation stuff?

This is silly --
Trying to build extras/contrib, dirac keeps erroring out:
checking for dot... false
configure: WARNING: *** dot not found, inheritance diagrams will not be
generate
d in code documentation
checking for latex... false
configure: WARNING: *** latex not found, algorithm documentation will not be
bui
lt
checking for dvipdfm... false
configure: WARNING: *** dvipdfm not found, programmer documentation will not
be
built
checking for ./doc/documentation/algorithm/algorithm/index.htm... configure:
err
or: cannot check for file existence when cross compiling
make[2]: *** [.dirac] Error 1

This is a library build, folks, and chasing up dot, latex, and dvipdfm just
to generate docs is ridiculous.

What can be done to turn this stuff off, so building extras/contrib on
Cygwin can proceed without all these extra docs packages?

I expect there's a switch needed to turn off the documentation.
