[vlc-devel] VLC & NO HELP ???

Respected Sir,
  I am trying to get answer of this question so many times but no one reply me can u please at least answer me if you know anything regarding this. Please spend some minutes for me if you know or guide me any possible way.
  I am using VLC activex in visual basic 6.0. 
  Can u guide me how to identify DVD Tracks  using programming in visual basic 6.0 ? 
  I want to know/identify how many title,  chapter, etc details from any dvd. How can i do that ? I mean i have dvd having 6 movies in one dvd. I want to identify them different is there any procedure or method. What VLC files should i required to distribute with my code developed in VB ?
  Or in any general command sets that gives me the list of Title, Chapters, Etc ?
  Like ( vlc dvdnav:///dev/dvd@3 --loop ) is there any command or syntax that gives me the list of Tracks, Title, Chapters in any DVD ?
