It looks like this plugin (expectedly) has the same dependencies as the 
jack audio output. Since it is not either a huge piece of code, I feel 
they should rather share the same configure --enable-jack option rather 
than add yet another new option

Also that way, downstream packagers will automatically get the jack 
input, if they enabled the jack output.
