   vlm_New
   vlm_vlm_Delete
   vlm_Control
 Of course you may miss something but if so, just ask I will add the missing
vlm_Control query.

 I have commited the main libvlc_vlm functions but I haven't tested them. Could you report
any bugs (and a test case if possible) ?
