It's important to note that not all Internet Drafts are adopted by 
the IETF as standards-track documents.  (Anyone can write and publish 
an Internet Draft, but only the IETF gets to decide which of these 
get standardized.)  I'm not sure yet which, if any, of the Internet 
Drafts you quoted are currently on the standards track.

However, if/when a SIP/RTSP protocol starts undergoing 
standardization within the IETF, there's a good chance that the 
"LIVE555 Streaming Media" library will eventually support it.
