[vlc-devel] VLC and Windows

I like Cygwin it works mostly for me and there is
support for it although sometimes the Cygwin team is
behind the times in regards to library support
(getText for example)

If the VLC team drops support for all those windows
tools then I ask you to do the complete builds to
include bindings.
