You'll note that [21574] message says:
"Uses --no-media-library if you don't want to use it (see #1047)"

Is removing code a 'fix' ? I don't think so.

I read the problem details in the Trac ticket, never understood them.
I asked a while ago for a way to reproduce #1047, at least now i have
one, in #1287.

I thought you would have, either notice the commit, either notice that
media library was back.
