About fixing quicktime, let me laugh ...

I remember reading you saying that RTSP is crap, then wonder what we
want in VLC:

- - a spec compliant streaming.
- - a streaming that can serve to several different clients.

If you really need that 1st part, I'd happily put the "correct" code
around #ifdef RTSP_RFC_XXX_COMPLIANT
